Schreiber Foods International, Inc’s corporate office is located in Upper Saddle River, NJ.  Our west coast office is located in Los Angeles, CA.  Our staff of about 60 people are based in our offices and throughout the USA.  We offer a competitive salary + bonus, medical, dental and vision, 401K and PTO. 


The SFI Direct and Samples Coordinator is a full-time position and will be based within a 30-minute drive of Piscataway, NJ and is an onsite-based position.  The position reports to the Customer Service Manager.  The individual will be responsible for all functions of our SFI Direct initiative; a value-added service provided to our customers.  They will also be responsible for the assembly of customer and Sales Team samples and marketing materials.  Please read below for a more comprehensive description of the position:


SFI Direct: 

  • Enter SFI Direct orders into our ERP system
  • Pack and ship SFI Direct and Sample orders
  • Invoice orders via our ERP and our customer’s portal(s)
  • Maintain inventory within our ERP system
  • Maintain and replenish packing supplies used to ship product

Sample Shipments:

  • Carefully pack and ship sample orders to ensure safe delivery and product integrity upon arrival to customers and Sales team members
  • Ensure timeliness in shipment of samples to meet customer and Sales team deadlines
  • Review and process sample requests to ensure product is shipped from the most cost-effective warehouse location
  • Maintain spreadsheet with sample details
  • Maintain inventory with our ERP system
  • Work with Operations to fill inventory of samples
  • Ensure inventory rotation (First-In, First-Out) using our lot system
  • Send tracking information to recipients
  • Maintain and replenish packing supplies


  • Must be highly organized and have the ability to follow and improve processes
  • Must take pride in their work and understand the importance of this role within our organization
  • Computer literacy including Outlook, Excel, Word and the ability to navigate our partner portals
  • Ability to lift 45 lbs.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize projects
  • Courteous and helpful personality and one who strives on providing solutions
  • Desires the responsibility ownership and accountability of their work
  • Must have valid driver’s license in good standing
