Now Hiring - Cleaning/Janitorial position available at Somerville Parc Apartments 

Schedule - Full time - 40 hours per week 

Location - 200 Parcview Place Somerville NJ 08876

Responsibilities:

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition 
• Sweep, mop, and wash floors, and other surfaces (inside buildings).
• Collect and dispose of trash 
• Sanitize
• High & low dusting throughout the building.
• Maintaining cleanliness of exterior grounds and parking areas.
• Assisting Superintended 
• Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lb., although generally 20 lb. or less.
