Crest Physical Therapy opened a new office in Mountainside inside the Center for Ambulatory Surgery on Rt. 22.  Crest specializes in one on one hands on physical therapy, balance testing, Gait & Movement Analysis, Orthopedics, Neurological & Sports Rehabilitation.
