PT Office Assistant

Well established Construction Company that has been serving the area for over 25 years is looking for an experienced PART-TIME Office Assistant with Social Media background. Flexible schedule (3-4 days/week). Hourly pay based on experience. The Office is located in Summit, NJ.

Some duties include but not limited to:

  • Manage phone calls and correspondences (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Scheduling vendor appointments and estimates for the Foremen.
  • Filling out Building permit information
  • Picking-up and dropping off permit applications to Building Dept.
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Maintain orderly and accurate filing system of the company documents
  • Other duties as assigned to support the business.
  • Marketing and Construction office experience a plus, as well as email programs, such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact.

Ideal candidate should be detail-oriented and have excellent oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Suite.
