10/31/2020 at 2:30 a.m.

Officers arrested Michael Leahy, 25, of Scotch Plains, for driving while intoxicated pursuant to an investigation into a single vehicle collision at the intersection of Newton Place and Elm Street. He was processed and released with a mandatory Westfield Municipal Court date of Nov. 16.

10/31/2020 at 5:08 a.m.

Ryan A. Johnson, 22, of Elizabeth, was arrested subsequent to a motor vehicle stop in the area Woodland Avenue and Wychwood Road. Johnson was arrested for driving while intoxicated. Johnson was transported from the scene to Westfield Police Headquarters. While at Westfield Police Headquarters was processed and released on summons the DWI, with a future court date.

10/31/2020 at 10:02 p.m.

Officers stopped Latavia P. Jackson, 22, of East Orange, for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended driver’s license in the area of South Elmer Street / South Avenue East. A subsequent investigation revealed outstanding traffic warrants issued by Hanover Police for $1,000 and Madison Police for $500. Jackson was arrested, transported to Westfield Police Department where she was processed and released after posting bail.
