10/19/2020 8:45 a.m. — Theft, Criminal Mischief

Milton Lee, 44, of Irvington and David Gilmore, 42, of Newark were both charged with theft and criminal mischief pursuant to an investigation involving the theft of cooking oil and criminal mischief to a locking mechanism from a commercial establishment at the 300 block of East South Avenue. Both were given summonses, which have a mandatory Westfield Municipal Court appearance date of Nov 3.

10/21/2020 10 p.m. — Drugs

Officers arrested Nigil Manson, 24, of Linden, for possession of marijuana under 50 grams as well as possession of drug paraphernalia, pursuant to a motor vehicle stop in the 200 block of West North Avenue. Manson was processed and released on a summons with a mandatory Westfield Municipal Court date of Nov. 4.
