Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Rahway's Diane Weeks, Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator, will show you how to prepare a plant-based dinner that's satisfying and most important, delicious.

Ms. Weeks, who is known for her popular cooking demonstrations at the RWJ Rahway Fitness & Wellness Center, Scotch Plains, will be able to field your nutrition questions with the help of Dietitian Lindsay Whelan.

The plant-based dinner cooking demonstration will be held Tuesday, January 26th from 7-8:00pm. On the menu: Tunisian Vegetable Stew, Lemon Couscous and Winter Citrus Salad.
