LIVINGSTON, NJ — During a public forum being held on Tuesday at 7 p.m. via Zoom, Livingston Township Attorney Jarrid Kantor will provide an explanation of the basics of the new marijuana law passed in New Jersey and field questions from the community.

Livingston Township Council members and Township Manager Barry Lewis will also garner public input about the specific options available that must be considered regarding the local cultivation, distribution and consumption of marijuana. This is an opportunity for residents to voice their concerns, ask questions and help inform the township council’s decision-making now that cannabis has been legalized in New Jersey. Residents are invited to comment or ask questions once the informational portion of the forum is completed.
