HACKENSACK, NJ -- The Greater Alliance Federal Credit Union are once again be accepting customers at their Hackensack, Paramus, Paterson branches.

“Our members have been excellent at understanding and adapting during the last few months,” said Chief Executive Officer Glenn Guinto. “We are thrilled to once again be able to serve our members face-to-face in an environment that is safe for employees and members.”

Greater Alliance has made changes to the branches to adhere with the guidance set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, include the installation of partitions to allow for social distance between stations. All employees and customers are required to wear face coverings. All stations will be sanitized regularly, and hand sanitizer will be available.

Appointments are required and can be scheduled at greateralliance.org/schedule-a-lobby-appointment/ or with the Service Support Team by e-mail at info@greateralliance.org.

Despite the reopening, members are still encouraged to do most of their banking remotely. Loans will be done through online applications, telephone and zoom appointments.

The credit union also offers an app which can be downloaded on all apple and android devices.
