BRIDGEWATER, NJ - Bridgewater Township is reporting 18 more COVID-19 cases, as of Thursday, bringing the total to 1,557.
The township is not reporting any new fatalities, keeping the total at 86.
As of Wednesday, Raritan was reporting eight new cases, for a total of 384. The borough is not reporting any new fatalities, keeping the total at 16.
Residents are reminded that, as of Thursday, new regulations have stated that those eligible for the vaccine are now people age 65 and older; paid or unpaid people working or volunteering in a healthcare setting; residents of long-term care facilities and other congregate settings; frontline first responders; and people aged 16 to 64 who have at least one chronic medical condition that poses high-risk for severe COVID-19.
