WESTFIELD, NJ--In its Education 2012 edition, now hitting the newstands, New Jersey Monthly ranks Westfield High School number 49 among the top 100 high schools in the state. The list was based on data reported by the schools to the Department of Education for the 2010-2011 school year.

Number one in the magazine's rankings was New Providence High School. In the last ranking by the magazine, published in 2010, Westfield High School was ranked number 41.
