On Saturday, March 31 at 2 p.m., the MILLBURN Free Public Library presents BEST 5-Minute Meditation: Improve the Quality of Your Life by master Harmony Choi. The library is located at 200 Glen Avenue.
The same workshop is also offered at BERKELEY HEIGHTS Public Library on Wednesday, April 11 at 7 p.m. The library is located at 290 Plainfield Ave.
This workshop targets those who would like to learn how meditation can help them to increase motivation and focus to achieve personal goals, be it health, better relationships, or spiritual growth. Meditation expert Harmony Choi continues his BEST 5-minute meditation workshop to improve the quality of life through awakening the most precious resource-our brain.
Based on the teachings of a renowned meditation mentor and the best-selling author of "The Call of Sedona: Journey of the Heart," Ilchi Lee, this workshop teaches participants how to incorporate easy and effective meditation into their daily lives, and how breathing well and meditation combined can help connect to the source of internal wisdom within.
