The campers of The Early School Camp of Temple B’nai Abraham enjoy themed -weekly activities this summer. Recently it was “Beach Baby” week, with each day having an activity set against the backdrop of a seashore premise. Throughout the school year and summer months Barbara Warter, co-founder of Signing Fingers, LLC and B’nai Abraham member, brings her program of learning American Sign Language(ASL) basics to The Early School. Through Signing Fingers, the students learn the beauty of ASL through music, art, drama, literature and movement. For this beach-themed week one of the activities was when Barbara read and signed  the story of Just Grandma and Me by Mayer Mercer.
