Global Warming Presentation at Old Guard

Dr. Philip N. Eisner will speak about Global Warming at the July 17 meeting of the Summit Old Guard at the New Providence Municipal Center. His topic is Global Warming – What is it? The talk will cover the expected impact of Global Warming and how to stop it. Dr. Eisner will illustrate the simple science of Global Warming and the role of co2 will be explained. The policies and technology needed to stop Global Warming will part of the program.
Philip Eisner has a B.S. Physics from MIT, Phd From NYU. He was VP of Dewey Space Physics Laboratory and founder of Exxon’s Applied Physics Laboratory.
All area 50-plus active men are invited to attend meetings of the Summit Area Old Guard on Tuesday mornings at the New Providence Municipal Center at 360 Elkwood Avenue. A coffee hour starts at 9:15 that is followed by a 10 AM short business meeting. Old Guard members participate in sports, bridge, hikes, trips, plays, concerts and cultural events.
