The New Roberto Clemente Rocking Patriots

PATERSON, NJ – One of the highlights of the Paterson’s Artwalk event in May was the performance of a group of musicians from New Roberto Clemente School.
The band is called the New Roberto Clemente Rocking Patriots and has performed at the NRC Spring Concert, the kindergarten promotion ceremony, and the 8th grade graduation ceremony.
City art enthusiasts say they performed like a season rhythm and blues band at artwalk. On June 8, the band was pleased to meet the mayor during a reception for youth who participated in Artwalk.
The groups includes Anthony Wisdom, drums; Jesse Vargas, percussion; Kevin Milfort, bass; Jervis Dunn, percussion; Kevin Rivera, percussion; Brandon Monico, guitar; and Nathan Webb, music teacher.
