River Cleanup Uncovers Body That May Be Missing Paterson Man

PATERSON, NJ - Police believe a body found in the Passaic River in Clifton Thursday morning may be that of Lucius Gardner, the 83-year-old Paterson man with dementia who has been missing for the past six weeks, according to a story on northjersey.com.
Police said they found Gardner's identification in the dead man's pants, according to the story. Gardner, a Trenton Avenue resident, was reported missing by his wife on June 3, prompted authorities to conduct a massive search for him.
The story said the body was in the water near Dundee Dam by a clean-up crew for the Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission.
