New Providence forward Kyle Kroeger made three baskets during the first quarter.  For the Canucks, they struggled offensively, only obtaining their first point by way of a foul shot during the first quarter by player, Ladonso Adoptante.

During the second quarter, the Canucks stepped it up. As Mo Chandler racked up three consecutive baskets. The North Planfield players began marking their opponents aggressively towards the end of the quarter.
