Autism Family Times Charity Event at Let’s Yo!

WATCHUNG, NJ - More than 250 residents gathered in Watchung on Sunday to benefit a charity, Autism Family Times, at Let’s Yo! for a yogurtfest.
Autism Family Times, a charity who’s mission is to provide customized, therapeutic, educational and recreational programs for Autistic children and their immediate family members, according to their website, was represented by Tovah Segelman at the event.
The yogurtfest began shortly after Colorado Café’s Zumbathon that was also an event to benefit the charity. Owner of Let’s Yo!, Chris Romano, was thrilled to contribute to such a cause.
“When she told me about the event, I wanted to offer something at the store, help raise money and have fun in an easy way,” said Romano.
At the event, twenty percent of all sales were donated to the charity.
“It was a wonderful feeling to see so many people come out and support a great cause,” said Romano, “I’m happy we could be a part of it.”
