Tri County Business Expo Helps Develop Relationships

SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ - Tri County Chamber of Commerce sponsored it first-ever business expo on October 9, at Lincoln Technical Institute located at 901 Hadley Road, South Plainfield, NJ.  The goal of the Business Expo was to promote businesses and spur economic activity amongst local businesses from Union, Middlesex and Somerset Counties.  The Business Expo had over 30 businesses participating, as well as four local restaurants.

The Business Expo was kicked off by an economic roundtable.  The guest speakers at the roundtable were Mayor Matthew Anesh from South Plainfield, Chief Financial Officer/Administrator Glenn Cullen from South Plainfield, Jack Pederson, Owner/Broker of Jack Pedersen Realty and Tri County Chamber of Commerce President, Jeffrey M. Hamaid, Operations Manager of Home Depot, and Seema Jagtiani from Farmers Insurance and The Amogh Agency.

The moderator for the roundtable was Matthew Victoria from JVE Entertainment.
