The actress and best-selling author of the true crime book “Thou Shalt Not Kill,” Mary Ryzuk will read from her newest novel, “The Fires Within: the Summer of ’88” at the Berkeley Heights Public Library on Saturday, June 16 at 2 p.m.  The event will begin with a 30-minute documentary film on the 1988 wildfires at Yellowstone National Park. Set against the awesome background of the raging 1988 Yellowstone fires, “The Fires Within” is the story of a young couple, Jane and Tim, a Forest Ranger, struggling to contain the out-of-control fires.   A book signing will follow.
