    Tara Bogota is a trained Natural Foods Chef and Yoga Instructor whose aim is to establish connection and meaning behind the food we cultivate and consume in a healthful way and incorporate the beautiful practices of yoga from our mats, to our plates and into our daily lives.

Summertime is perhaps the most bountiful time of year here in the "Garden State" and the perfect time to focus on cleaning up your eating habits.

Please join us for our seasonal cooking class where you will learn how to create a simple, light organic meal for summertime with Natural Foods Chef Tara Bogota.  Along with food preparation and presentation, Tara will discuss how to create a natural foods kitchen, the importance of eating organic and share with you some simple tips on how and to utilize our abundance local resources.  Samples will be enjoyed by all and recipes will be provided.
