A group show featuring artwork made from or inspired by vernacular photography. Sources include flea markets, historical archives, advertising, and Internet news and photo-sharing.

The artist creates a faux period-room installation that initiates a dialogue about current social, political and economic conditions.

 

Margaret Murphy: Memory Theater

Intimate wall installations serve as “mini theaters” to reference memories, experiences and cultural signifiers.

Recent portrait and still-life works from students and the instructor.
