Walk Around Wine Tasting benefiting Impact OASIS  (Ongoing Autistic Success in Society)
As guests tour the historic OASIS  farm, Executive Chef Nicholas Harary will be onsite to guide and educate guests about six wines which were hand selected by Nicholas. Servers will pass a variety of hors d' oeuvres made with fresh produce harvested from OASIS fields. Guests will have the opportunity to order wine (individual bottles and cases).  Restaurant Nicholas will donate 15% of all wine purchased back to Impact OASIS. Each couple will leave with a copy of the award winning cookbook, Restaurant Nicholas: The Cookbook.

Impact OASIS is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to promote inclusion and acceptance of autistic individuals into their local communities by establishing farm centers that provide meaningful work, peaceful and healthy residences, and community interaction.

There are times, you simply don’t know what you really want to eat for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Well, fret no more. Head to the Park Wood Diner in Maplewood. You’ll love the Grilled Chicken Caesar salad with slabs of grilled chicken served over leaves of fresh Romaine lettuce. Enjoy a hot turkey sandwich served with crispy fries, or a traditional burger prepared just the way you like it.

The menu at The Park Wood Diner features Cheese Ravioli Parmigiana, ($10.95);Chicken and Shrimp Napoli over Bowtie Pasta with sundried tomatoes, asparagus, artichoke hearts, and Portobello mushrooms with lemon wine sauce, ($17.95); Pan- seared scallops, lightly floured and served over rice, and a Broiled Seafood Combo with a filet of fish, scallops, baked stuffed clams, shrimp and salmon, ($19.95).
