Classified Advertising Terms and Conditions
I (“the
Advertiser”) hereby authorize The Alternative Press to post our classified
advertisement (hereinafter “advertisement” or “ad”) on
The Alternative Press,
www.thealternativepress.com, according to the following terms (the “Classified
Advertising Terms and Conditions”):
The Alternative Press has the right to seek
additional advertisers at any time and not be limited in the number of
advertisers it can seek.
The Alternative Press can offer new and
various types of advertising, change ad costs/rates for future advertising,
change the standard size
of ads for each category of advertising, and make any
and all kinds of changes to the website itself, including but not limited to
adding or
deleting content, altering formats, or changing the appearance
of the site. None of these alterations
or their implementation change the terms
of this contract and this contract will remain in full
force and effect. Furthermore, the
Advertiser understands that the appearance of the
advertisement may vary with respect to the viewing technology
employed by the individual user.
Advertiser acknowledges that they may
experience variations in loading time of The Alternative Press
website because of variations in performance of Advertiser’s connection to the
Internet.
All advertising is subject to The Alternative Press LLC’s approval, and The Alternative Press LLC reserves the right to reject any advertising for any reason or for no reason. The Advertiser assumes liability for all content (including text, representation and illustration) for advertisements
posted on The Alternative Press and also assumes responsibility for any claims arising therefrom made against The Alternative Press LLC. The
Alternative Press LLC is held harmless by the Advertiser for all content (including text, representation and illustration) of the advertisement. The Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold The Alternative Press LLC harmless for any loss, claim or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses, when and as incurred by The Alternative Press LLC in connection with or related to this agreement, and to fully reimburse The
Alternative Press LLC for any reasonable legal or other expenses when and as incurred by The Alternative Press LLC in connection with any claim, action or proceeding arising out of or in connection with this Agreement.
The Advertiser assumes all responsibility
for ensuring advertisements comply with federal, state and local laws and
regulations, and agrees to
indemnify and protect The Alternative Press LLC from any
violation thereof. The Advertiser
understands that The Alternative Press has the right
to charge for advertising and the offer of free
advertising is of limited duration and can expire at any time. By submitting an advertisement, the
Advertiser agrees to the Classified
Advertising Terms and Conditions contained herein.
