LearningRx Warren Wins Three Awards at 2012 National Convention

WARREN, NJ – LearningRx Warren, a local brain training center owned by Marcia and Matt Douglas of Bernardsville, was honored with three awards at the company’s national convention held recently in Colorado Springs. They include the 2012 Customer Service Award, the 2012 Community Impact Award, and the 2012 Acceleration Award.
According to Tanya Mitchell, LearningRx Vice President of Research and Development, the Customer Service Award recognizes the Warren Center’s strong commitment to customer service, while the Community Impact Award recognizes the Center’s impact on its local community as determined by the number of students trained in the last year. The Acceleration Award is given annually to the franchise with the largest increase of students from the previous year – a significant accomplishment considering the brain training company has 80 centers across the United States. It is also notable that the Warren Center is among the top ten of all centers in the nation.
“Our Warren team has done a great job of helping their students – both children and adults – rewire their brains in order to be faster and more efficient learners,” says Mitchell. “And because their brain trainers have produced not only life changing results, but also incredibly satisfied students, we know they’re providing impeccable customer service.”
To determine customer satisfaction, LearningRx uses a 10-point scale and asks adult students or the parents of younger students the likelihood they would recommend LearningRx to a friend. The ten point “Net Promoter Score” (NPS) metric was developed by business loyalty expert Fred Reichheld, and is used by many well known national businesses. LearningRx’s NPS ranked higher than Apple and Southwest Airlines, with scores among the highest of any business.
Marcia Douglas, Owner/Executive Director of the Warren Center said, “We are greatly honored to have received these awards. It is a wonderful recognition of our entire team’s sincere commitment to helping improve the lives of people of all ages and abilities in our community.”
“The power of LearningRx brain training is incredible,” Douglas went on to say. “I see so many people helped by this program who doubted there was hope for change.”
Douglas knows from personal experience how well LearningRx works. She and her husband first discovered it when they needed help for their son, who was struggling with reading. LearningRx helped him so much they decided to open their own franchise of the company in order to make this training available to more people in need.
“It works,” she says simply. “I believe in it because I’ve seen it with my own eyes – first in my own child and now in the lives of the many families who have trained at our Center in Warren. It really does change lives. We are privileged to be a part of this.”
LearningRx specializes in treating the cause – not the symptoms – of learning struggles. The programs’ game-like exercises and 1:1 trainer-to-student ratios provide guaranteed dramatic improvement in as little as 12 to 24 weeks. With more than 80 centers across the country, LearningRx brain training can help anyone – from 5 to 85 – increase the speed, power or function of their brain.
