To the Anonymous Poster on NJ.com Regarding NP Fuel
Thursday, January 19, 2012 • 5:11pm
What’s the deal with the recent anonymous post on NJ.com concerning a boycott of NP Fuel (post # 668 by sugarmagnoliamf)? Sugarmagnoliamf states that she paid $20.00 for gas that was not put in her car’s tank.
I have been a customer of NP Fuel for twenty years and I have never had a problem there. Don Murphy, the owner of NP Fuel, is an active and generous member of the New Providence business community and I know him to be a reasonable man. There are always two sides to any story, whether there was a misunderstanding, an error or something else. I would like to believe that reasonable people can settle a business dispute like adults and not resort to anonymous muckraking on NJ.com
I assume based on her screen name that sugarmagnoliamf is a fan of the Grateful Dead. All the deadheads I know are reasonable people. I would be happy to reimburse you your $20.00 on behalf of the New Providence business community.
Respectfully,
Gary Kapner
