Zappia's of Summit Expands to Brick Oven Pizza

SUMMIT, NJ – Longtime Summit institution Zappia’s Gourmet Deli has expanded its culinary offerings in the area to include Zappia’s Brick Oven Pizza.
The new restaurant had a grand opening party recently, and residents crowded in to get a taste of the new offerings, which include authentic brick oven pizza and specialty items such as whole wheat and gluten-free pizza.
The grand opening included a wine-tasting with wine provided by the Wine List of Summit, which offers unique label wines to suit all tastes and budgets.
