SUMMIT, NJ - Eight glass windows were intentionally smashed at Summit High School in the early morning hours of April 26. Three 18 year-old males, all seniors at Summit High School, have been arrested and charged with criminal mischief.

A school custodian found the damage at 10 a.m., and Summit Police began an investigation shortly thereafter. According to Summit Police Captain Steven Zagorski, Detectives conducted interviews and canvassed evidence, including a surveillance tape, to identify the suspects.

The three individuals' initial court appearance is set for 9 a.m., on May 7, at Superior Court in Elizabeth.

The damage, estimated at more than $6,000, has already been repaired.
