What Matters Most

What matters most is the focus not the question… it is unique to all… it is distinct as a snowflake… it is as important to success as breath is to life… it is as valuable as gold… it is hidden behind routine… it is illusive, yet obvious. It is different for all of us. Individually, we choose what matters most.
For success, we most know what matters most. And what matters most?
Our Attitude.
I am convinced that life is ten percent what happens to me and ninety percent how I respond to it. It is with this state of mind that I remain in charge of my attitude and my success.
Attitude is more than a state of mind; it is a reflection of what we value.
Attitude is more than just saying "I can," it is believing that you can accomplish anything that comes your way. It requires believing before seeing, because seeing is based on circumstances, but believing is based on faith. Attitude also gives us the wisdom to know that we can and cannot change. Positive attitude is so contagious, especially when we allow it to turn our doubts of the past into a passion for today that sets the stage for a better tomorrow.
We have total ownership of our attitudes -- no one else has the power to alter our attitudes without our express permission. Our attitudes are more empowering than our money; they allow us to rise above our failures accept others for who they are and what they say.
Attitude is more important than giftedness and is the forerunner of all skills needed for happiness and success. Our attitudes can either build us up or put us down -- the choice is ours.
Now that we know that attitude is paramount, one question remains: How do we change what we believe?
At the Plus Factor, we specialize in personal motivation, shaping your goals and desires into an attitude that's destined for absolute accomplishment regardless of circumstance. Contrary to what you may have heard, maintaining a positive attitude is a skill that can be honed, nurtured, and developed to ensure present and future success.
