The Westfield Memorial Library is pleased to present the Art and Science of Harmony Meditation on Wednesday, March 12 at 7:00 p.m. The library is located at 550 East Broad Street.
Master Johwa Choi, a local author and founder of Harmony Meditation, a meditation and yoga center in Westfield, will present the program. “Whether you’re new to meditation or an expert, you will gain interactive insights to inspire you and show you how meditation applies to your daily life,” he said.
He will also detail the strategies for pursuing “true unadulterated completion” that he discusses in his recently published book, Harmony Meditation: A New Way to Completion. “Best of all, there is no need to take a sabbatical or to travel to the other side of the world for expert guidance in connecting to your most harmonious self,” he concluded.
The program is open to Westfield Memorial Library and MURAL cardholders. (MURAL cardholders belong to libraries that are part of the Middlesex Union Reciprocal Agreement Libraries. Call the library to see if your library participates.) To register for the program, visit the library’s website at www.wmlnj.org, click on the Online Calendar, or call 908.789.4090 ext 0.
