Westfield Celebrates Halloween Downtown (Watch Video of the Parade!)

WESTFIELD, NJ—On October 28, Westfield celebrated Halloween downtown with trick-or-treating and a children’s costume contest sponsored by the Downtown Westfield Corporation and a parade led by the Westfield High School Marching Band, sponsored by The Optimist Club of Westfield.
