Westfield Area Y Encourages and Supports Members with Talent and Skills

On Thursday, September 13, the Westfield Area Y Aquatics Department hosted its Third Annual International Day, a pot luck lunch and Art Show. Each participant brought a dish or dessert based on a location they have been to. It started off with the beautiful voice of Drude Roessler who sang for everyone followed by an art display that included beautiful paintings done by Max Sang, sculptures done by Jim Temple and a variety of handmade items including purses crafted by Ginny Perrine. All four members spoke about how they got started pursuing their art and are members of the Westfield Area Y.
