WEST ORANGE, NJ -  The following alert has been issued from West Orange Township regarding the impending storm:

"The National Weather Service is forecasting high winds and heavy rains with the potential to cause flooding in our area. Effective immediately, please do not rake or blow leaves to the curb or gutters in the street in front of your home to help minimize street flooding and allow the Department of Public Works to be able to get through our streets to keep our roads and residents safe. Thank you."
