WARREN,NJ- Warren's April Lockhart sang the Goo Goo Dolls' ‘Iris’ on ABC's "Rising Star" Top 13 show on Sunday, August 3 and moves on to the Quarterfinals.
After 6 weeks of competition, the singers from "Rising Star” were narrowed down to the top 13.The top 13 singers competing for a recording contract with legendary Capitol Records last night were:

The score to beat when Lockhart sang was 60%. Lockhart got 71% of the vote with her performance of "Iris."
All three judges liked the performance.
“I see you left the guitar at home,” said Ludacris. “You say other people motivate you, you motivate me.”
“You are such the cutest thing on earth,” said Kesha.
After the west coast voting, the performer with the highest west coast vote total who did not make the top 7 during the eastern broadcast was Dana Williams who, for the second time, has been saved and will now move on to the quarter finals.
