Editor,
It was a pleasure to learn more about Susan Williams when she spoke recently in Vernon Township. Susan Williams is down-to-earth, energetic, and a breath of fresh air in today’s political arena. I personally want to thank Ms. Williams for being “A regular person for regular people.” Thank you, Ms. Williams for running for Freeholder with such clean intentions and values when taxpayers are tired of political games and the favoritism that sometimes exist. Like Ms. Williams, I Believe the County needs a mix of individuals, Democrats and Republicans, in order to fully represent and address the needs of ALL people. We ALL matter. Like Ms. Williams, I am a mother of three with a Masters Degree in Social Work. It is evident, in meeting Ms. Williams that the social worker in her is able to view each individual with dignity, respect, and compassion while listening to and addressing their needs and concerns within Sussex County with INTEGRITY. While listening to Ms. Williams that night, the social worker in me was “re-awakened” and I was inspired to become even more involved in my own community, being a Voice for myself as well as others. At the end of the day, we really are “regular people” trying to enjoy life-even in harsh, economic times. I truly admire Ms. Williams for her dedication and diligence. Thank you, Ms. Williams for choosing to run for Freeholder in order to become an advocate for ALL Sussex County residents as well as the environment we live in. I look forward to Nov. 6th and will proudly Vote Yes for Susan Williams for Sussex County Freeholder!
