Baio, a resident of Short Hills from 1992 through 2008, has moved his offices back to Millburn Township following a 21 year tenure in Metuchen and Edison, NJ.
Thomas Baio Architect PC is a multi-discipline architectural firm that focuses on residential design. Since 1991, Baio has continually refined his work to reflect historically-inspired building form juxtaposed by modern intervention. This approach combines a fresh and inventive design solution to meet the demands of today’s homeowners.
Baio was recently selected as on of the 44 Leading North American Architects by the publishers of 21st Century Homes, which noted “Thomas Baio’s work demonstrates a thorough grasp of architectural precedent…his work remains committed to historically recognizable, refreshingly distinct architecture with modern vitality.”
Thomas Baio Architects’ new offices are now located at 343 Millburn Avenue in the space formerly occupied by The Item of Millburn and Short Hills.
