Think Tutoring to Hold Free SAT and ACT Assessment Days
Tuesday, October 18, 2011 • 7:12pm
Think Tutoring (formerly KnowledgePoints), will be offering FREE SAT and ACT Assessments to area high school juniors on Saturday November 5th and November 12th at their learning center at the Regency Plaza (Trendz, Florham Hardware, Bank of America) in Florham Park. The assessments, which regularly cost $79, also include a detailed score report and follow-up consultation.
Parents can enroll students in one or both tests at no charge. “Now is the time for parents and students to start thinking seriously about college admissions examinations,” says Kim Hermanns, Director at Think Tutoring. “If they haven’t already, high school students should begin establishing goals for SAT and/or ACT Scores. Our free assessments offer the perfect opportunity to establish baselines and to see which test is best for a student.”
Think Tutoring offers private and semi-private SAT and ACT Test Prep programs that provide critical strategy and skills development that target each student’s strengths and weaknesses. Unlike small group or large class approaches, every Think Tutoring SAT student receives his/her own customized learning plan aligned to specific goals. Program can be designed for single or multiple subject areas, and parents and students set their own schedule.
In addition to its Test Prep programs, Think Tutoring offers private school programs (ISEE and SSAT Prep) as well as tutoring in math, reading, language arts and writing for students from K to grade 12.
To sign up for a free SAT or ACT Assessment, contact Think Tutoring at 973-593-0050 or visit them on the web at http://www.thinktutoring.com. Space is limited and registration is required.
