A business located in the 100 block of E. Broad Street reports being the victim of a theft. Unknown actor(s) stole approximately $392.00 in merchandise.
March 14, 2014 8:57 p.m.
Terence Gmelin, 19, of Westfield was arrested for an outstanding Westfield Municipal Court traffic warrant ($145.00) pursuant to turning himself in at headquarters.
March 17, 2014 7:00 p.m.
N.S., 36, of Westfield was arrested at police headquarters on the strength of two Westfield Municipal Court warrants (total bail $137.00). S. was processed and released after posting bail.
March 18, 2014 2:10 a.m.
Juliet Longo, 20, of Cranford was arrested for driving while intoxicated pursuant to a motor vehicle stop in the area of Connecticut Street by Grandview Avenue. Longo was transported to Headquarters where she was processed and released to a sober adult.
March 19, 2014 12:42 p.m.
Francisco Mendoza, 27, of Plainfield was arrested at police headquarters for an outstanding Westfield Municipal Court traffic warrant in the amount of $114.00. Bail was posted and Mendoza was released.
March 20, 2014 12:21 a.m.
John Miller III, 34, of Westfield was arrested on the strength of a no bail warrant, NIC # W710401398, out of Morris County Sherriff’s Office pursuant to a motor vehicle stop in the area of Elm Street near Quimby Street. Mr. Miller was transported to Headquarters where he was processed and transferred over to Morris County Sheriff’s Office.
