“In the past, this event was held in February, but is being moved to March in the hope of more favorable weather,” said Cheri Kalman, chairperson of the event.
Kalman said that in case of snow, the snow date will be Sunday, March 2, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Livingston High School.
Each year, about 200 people attend the Jazz Band Dinner Dance.
“It is a very exciting night for the jazz bands as they get to play for an audience that will be dancing to their music,” said Kalman.
