The beautiful music, written by Stephen Schwartz (composer of WICKED and PIPPIN), tells two stories that emphasize the relationship between family and the individual. The first act focuses on the tale of Adam and Eve, their expulsion from Eden, and the upbringing of their sons, Cain and Abel, who then confront some of the same challenges their parents faced. The second act addresses Noah's family and their parallel story of raising children and grappling with good and evil.

The musical repeatedly emphasizes the human experiences that we all share. The performances are stunning, the technical design is impressive, and the entire production represents the talent and collaboration of the arts community at GL.
