WEST ORANGE, NJ - The West Orange Public Library is holding a Teen Open Mic Night on Wednesday, March 4, from 7:00 - 8:30 pm.  Teens from grades 6-12 are invited to come and showcase their talents in a ten minute spot.  If you play guitar, rap, write songs, sing, play keyboards or hand percussion instruments (think bongos, djembes, or tambourines), this is the perfect place to get some experience in front of a supportive audience!

The library will provide the P.A. and microphones; you bring your instruments, cords, amps, and musicianship.

Sign-ups are also available online through the West Orange Public Library website.

There will be a Spoken Word Open Mic Nigh in to celebrate National Poetry Month.

For more information, email jarthur@westorangelibrary.org or call 973-736-0198, ext. 16.
