Tuesday, August 5, 2014 • 5:12pm

Temple Beth-El Mekor Chayim is thrilled to announce that Cantor Benjamin Kintisch has joined Rabbi Benjamin Goldstein as the newest full-time clergy member at TBEMC of Cranford and Westfield.

Cantor Kintisch will fill the dual role of cantor and education director. He holds degrees in Sacred Music and Judaic Studies. He is a certified music and special education teacher. Cantor Kintisch’s exceptional background and training is a great asset to our community at large.

Cantor Kintisch has planned exciting and progressive learning experiences for the 2014-15 school year including differentiated instruction, a “lab-style” school structure, communal prayer and singing, a “grandparent in the classroom” program, choice workshops, and more.

The TBEMC community formally welcomed Cantor Kintisch and his family at the annual Pot Luck Musical Shabbat at Hanson Park in Cranford on July 18 during which Cantor Kintisch and Rabbi Goldstein led a wonderful family friendly service. On Sunday, August 17, 2014, Cantor Kintisch and Rabbi Goldstein will spend time with  families interested in the religious school at a family gathering at the home of Stephanie and Jaron Rubenstein in Westfield. If it rains, the event will relocate to the TBEMC building in Cranford.

To speak with Cantor Kintisch, to register your child for religious school, or to RSVP to the family gathering on August 17 call 908-276-9231 or email cantor@tbemc.org
