HARDYSTON, NJ-The Sussex YMCA announced today that their Wellness Coaching Room has been updated with brand new, state-of-the-art equipment.  This new equipment will enable participants in the program even more flexibility to modify their individual work out.   The Wellness Coaching Program has helped members introduce regular exercise into their lives.  This is a 12 week program and has been offered free to members since inception in 2007.

“We are incredibly excited to continue offering our Wellness Coaching Program, a program which strives to offer the best health and fitness coaching for those beginner exercisers who are looking to create a healthy lifestyle change. Thanks to our new equipment we will be able to advance the program and reach even more people by offering more exercise modifications and options for any and all physical limitations” said Jennifer Gardner, Executive Director of the Sussex County YMCA.
