10/10 – 1508 hrs., Ramey,Wali, 34, of Irvington, NJ, arrested at Rt. 24 East for Contempt of Court and Receiving Stolen Property

10/10 – 1508 hrs., Booth, De-Naaman, 35, of Irvington, NJ, arrested at Rt. 24 East for Receiving Stolen Property

10/10 – 1153 hrs., Brown, William, 56, of East Orange, NJ, arrested at Broad Street and Railroad Avenue for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Contempt of Court

10/10 – 1508 hrs., Kopik, Robert W., 36, of Irvington, NJ, arrested at Rt. 24 East for Theft of Moveable Property, Possession of Burglary Tools and Criminal Trespassing

10/08 – 0949 hrs., report of shoplifting from a DeForest Avenue drug store on 9/28/12 at 9:00 p.m. and on 10/7/12 at 6:00 p.m. Both times actor stole several bottles of Olay body wash. Total value of stolen merchandise $618.00.

10/10 – 0720 hrs., report of thefts and criminal mischief to several vehicles belonging to the City of Summit while parked at the City Garage sometime overnight between 10/9/12 and 10/10/12. Batteries stolen from three vehicles and battery compartments tampered with in five vehicles.

10/11 – 1415 hrs., Rodriguez, Carlos M., 40, of Perth Amboy, NJ, arrested at Summit Avenue and Badeau Avenue for Possession of 50 Grams or Less Marijuana and Operation of Motor Vehicle While in Possession of CDS

10/11 – 1559 hrs., Spano, Anthony, 66, of Summit, NJ, arrested at Wallace Road for Possession of CDS, Driving While Suspended and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

10/11 – 1225 hrs., report of theft of battery from a vehicle while it was parked on the property of a Springfield Avenue auto parts store sometime between 6:00 p.m., 10/8/12 and 8:30 a.m., 10/9/12.

10/11 – 1229 hrs., report of theft of patient’s dentures valued at $4,231.00 from a hospital room at Overlook Hospital sometime after 11:00 a.m. on 7/6/12.

10/12 – 0552 hrs., Uribe, Tiffany N., 24, of Summit, NJ, arrested at Glen Avenue for Driving While Intoxicated

10/12 – 2115 hrs., Perier, Francis Vincent, 18, of Summit, NJ, arrested at Woodland Avenue for Possession of 50 Grams or Less Marijuana

10/15 – 1942 hrs., report of theft of 2012 Honda Civic and burglary/theft from a Greenfield Avenue residence sometime between 10:30 a.m. and 12:00 noon, this date. Unknown at this time what items are missing from residence.

10/15 – 1112 hrs., report of graffiti on the side of a Broad Street car dealership building with the word “CRIP” in black paint.
