Summit Old Guard to Hear Presentation on the Impact of 9/11 on U.S. Policy in the Middle East

"The Impact of 9/11 on U.S. Policy in the Middle East" is the subject of a lecture to be given by Jon Plaut at the Tuesday, May 12th meeting of the Summit Old Guard. Mr. Plaut is teaching a policy course at Rutgers. He was a visiting professor at Penn State and Adjunct Professor at Ramapo. On a national scale Mr. Plaut was a President Clinton  appointee to NAFTA where he chaired the NAFTA Joint Public Advisory Committee. He also was a Senior Advisor to the UN (UNEP) in NYC. Mr Plaut has experience in industry, government and academia. He has experience in both engineering law areas.
 
All area 50-plus active men are invited to attend meetings of the Old Guard on Tuesday mornings at the New
Providence Municipal Center at 360 Elkwood Ave. Coffee hour stats at 9:15 followed at 10:00 by a short
business meeting and at 10:30 by the weekly speaker.
