Summit Middle School Duo Part of Winning Robotics Team

SUMMIT, NJ - Local Middle School students have won the New Jersey State VEX Robotics Competition in Cherry Hill, NJ.

The team was part of an alliance that went undefeated in the quarter- and semi-finals, and included Daniel Melka and Patrick Murray of Summit, Max Fisher of South Orange, and Alex Weiss of Millburn.  Their coach was Chris Marbaix of local robotics school Robot Revolution.
 
The team will next compete in the VEX World Robotics Competition in Anaheim, CA, this April.
