Strong End of Year Sales Leaves Limited Supply of Homes at Vizcaya

Home sales at Vizcaya did not go into a holiday season slumber this year.
On the contrary, the luxury gated community in West Orange enjoyed record sales activity to close out 2012. Buyers decided they didn’t want to wait to secure their place in the coveted Vizcaya estate, especially since only a finite amount of certain homes remain available.
