St. Aloysius in Caldwell Without Heat This Week
Sunday, February 24, 2013 • 11:27am
CALDWELL, NJ - St. Aloysius is letting their parishoners know that the church is without heat due to the loss of their boiler system on Tuesday. Heat is expected to be back on starting by the end of this week.
The church put out the following statement at 10:30am this morning:
Please note that on Tuesday, February 19, the boiler here at Saint Aloysius broke. The 30- year old boiler provides heat for the entire church. We have received three bids from contractors for the replacement of the boiler. However, the new boiler will not be installed until later this week.
That said, we recommend that you dress warmly for Masses this weekend and for weekday Masses. We will post further updates on our website, and right here on The Alternative Press. We apologize for the inconvenience."
