SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ - The official Opening Day ceremonies for the Scotch Plains-Fanwood Baseball League will be held at Booth Field in Scotch Plains on Saturday, April 13.  All teams, Rookies (Pre-K) through Majors (5th/6th grades) should be in attendance with their teams.

Some of the divisions will open their seasons prior to the Opening Day ceremonies, with games scheduled beginning the week of April 8. This season will mark the first since the merger of the Scotch Plains Youth Baseball Association and the Fanwood Youth Organization was completed last fall.
