WESTFIELD, NJ - The Scotch Plains-Fanwood 10U Blue Raiders baseball team needed eight innings and three hours to defeat Westfield-Black, 18-17, in the semifinal round of its bracket in the New Providence Green League Tournament on Saturday afternoon.
